I have a SOG Flash II and it is made in the USA. I also have a SOG powerlock multi-tool. While, I don't have the box with me at work, I am pretty sure it is also made in the USA. The only thing I have of SOG's that is NOT made in the USA is a tiny keychain knife I bought at Academy. It's called a Fusion by SOG.
