Been a boxing fan since I was a little kid. I already pretty much know the outcome of this fight though. It won't be worth 100 bucks.

Anyone going to show it live?
Link Posted: 5/2/2015 6:05:05 PM EDT
Nope, knowing my luck if I do buy it, the fight will be a KO in 5 seconds

Same here. Floyd on the bike, pot shotting to win on points. It's gonna be a snoozer.

Nope.  Mayweather on a decision after a boring, defense loaded bout.  I would have payed to watch Roberto Duran as a Lightweight maul, hooker punch him in the nuts and then knock him out .

Going to a friends and 3-5 of us are going to split it. Beer, food and boxing then sitting outside around a fire. Should be a good night

Mayweather dances around too much for it to be a short fight.

Not a chance.

Going watch it with a bunch of friends at their house,

Fight, beer, deer roast, fried fish, fried backstrap, and fresh crawfish étouffée.

Both fighters could lose and it'd still be a win.

There's this thing called the internet.  You should ask your friends about it.

$100?  Try $0.

Link Posted: 5/2/2015 6:22:23 PM EDT
I paid for the fight, my pillapino cousins are coming over for smoked ribs and they are bringing some chicken adobo.

Hell no. Boxing is a joke when you have turds like Mayweather and Pacquiao being the marquee fight in recent decades.

Splitting it between friends.

Nope, wife and I are going to watch my buddy's band play a show tonight. I doubt I would watch that fight even if it were free on regular network TV.

$100 to watch two guys that about 50% of my friends would murder in a street fight no thanks.

Watching one dimensional manlets fight is not one cup of tea.

My wife wants to order it, but...we have Comcast, so there's an 85% chance that we will either not actually get to watch it and/or be billed incorrectly
That said, it's free on regular TV in like 8 or 9 countries, so...

Speed

Last time I bought a pay per view boxing was for Larry Holmes and Gerry Cooney... waste of money.

No just bjj black belts, brown belts that also train Muay Thai. Oh and guys that wrestled in college and now train submission grappling and compete.

Heck let s be honest a majority of college football players and most nfl players would rape either of them in a real fight.

Going to a buddy's house to watch it. About 5 or 6 of us will split the cost, drink some beer and hang out.

His jackassness aside, Mayweather's probably the most purely skilled pound-for-pound fighter ever.

In before the video of lightweight MMA fighter Roger Huerta knocking out an NCAA linebacker outside a club, using pretty much just boxing.
