Well, technically your second hand is resting on your first hand, so it's really not touching the gun, therefore your still only using one hand to touch and fire the gun, hence not illegal. Clear as mud for us.

So AR pistol can have AFG, but not be used as intended? When did this issue get addressed?

What if you have a Glock 19 with a 33 round mag, and you hold the grip with one hand and the magazine with the other?

enough of this crap. Some idiot wrote a letter to the atf, and the atf issued (IMO) an ambiguous response. Yet that response is/has been expected for a long time. People bought the brace to shoulder it, not to wrap it around their arm. I have only ever seen one person strap it to their arm, and that was last weekend.

Clear as mud for us. The beloved by many Glock has a hooked trigger guard, the only reason for the hook is to keep a finger of your second hand from slipping while firing said Glock. Therefore it was designed for two handed firing. It's a AOW if the letter is correct. |
