[ARCHIVED THREAD] - So what's the latest with Natalie Holowell?

Katrina kinda stole the headlines for the last few days.

(And please don't post in here to tell me how glad you are that NH is out of the headlines - I really don't care)

Anyway, last night I was watching the news for a minute and caught a reference to the Vandersloot kid admitting to having sex with her (while she was unconscious) before turning her over to the other guys (I can't spell it - yeah, those brothers?) who then killed her and buried her on the beach.

Anyway, before I could tune in, they were talking about some other subject.

What did I miss?

Isn't it amazing how the media controls what we do/don't collectively care about.

It's no wonder that nobody cares about 9/11 anymore.

natlalie was so last week, dont you know that there is aanother new pretty gilr that disapeared,

its ashame, the media just decided that this new case would get better ratings,

you ever get the impression that if you go by what the media protrays that only a few people a year end up missing.

The 3 people "of interest" has been released, and their confinement to the island has been lifted. They can travel anywhere now. No doubt in my mind those guys have something to do with her disappearance.

This has the smell of a tourist/date-rape/murder going unpunished due to inept law enforcement on an 'anything-goes' island

sadly it happens much more often than we ever hear about

If it weren't for her tenacious mother, this would have gone by without a word as well

I actually think it's good that all the suspects have been released and are free to travel...

It will make it easier to arrange for THEIR dissapearance......
