This is all new to me, but I  think it's time for a career change and my friend LOVES being an officer. So, what should I expect as far as testing/exams and so on to get in? (Waiting on information/pay grade/application packet now)

Expect (not necessarily in this order and YMWV).........

Civil Service Exam
PT Test
Medical Exam w/ drug testing
Psychological Exam
Oral Interview

Before, you even think about going to the Academy.
