Who cares what other people think? So what if your friends are laughing at your half-the-cylanders-of-a-real-truck tacoma? Who gives a crap if women grimace sympathetically at you as you get out of your truck?
I'm kidding dude. Whatever works for you. My buddies' Tacomas are nice. |

CRAP! I should have warned you... My 95 Nissan is a 4 cylinder and it only has lasted me 17 years so far. I drive up hills and mountains with it and sorry to say it has made it each and every time. And that is WITH parts and tools in it. Sorry bud. ![]() Congratulations!! After my last fiasco with a UAW car (Ford with less than 75,000 miles) 3 transmissions and 1 major engine rebuild... No thanks. My Nissan was proudly built in AMERICA by AMERICANS. |

Congrats on buying an American made truck built from mostly American parts, as opposed to some POS foreign made vehicle made from foreign parts that wears a GM label.
You now own a truck that is more American than ANY truck under the GM line. What percent american is your vehicle? Top 10 American Cars |
| Congrats on the new truck. I've driven Tacos for the past 10 years or so. Not a bit of a problem out of either one of them. Maybe it is dealer specific but I bailed on GM several years back because of their service. My Taco dealer has been great. Good choice, you'll love it. |

Quoted: Thanks guys, After I recover from my down payment, I would like to perhaps throw on some nice rims and tires, anything come to mind that won't break the bank? If anything look for some factory take offs from a TRD or something. I've never seen aftermarket that look all that great. |

If you are planning on going off pavement at all, extend the rear differential breather. link Put a hose clamp on the tail gate, they are too easy to remove and the thieves know this. Link Heck just check this list of ways to spend money on your new truck.
