Wow. You mean a young girl can feel some sort of emotion over the death of a person that she watched/admired on television probably for years?

Who'd a thunk it.

Yes. It's so so gay that even homosexual instrumental musicians find it to be filled to the brim with choir/drama department faggotry.

Hell, I had a couple tears run down my cheek when Clayton Moore died -- and I was 48 y/o at the time. Childhood heroes, lost innocence, and all that...

Apples and oranges.

Elvis, like him or not, was an undeniably handsome kid in the early years with genuine charisma even after he blimped out.

Pare away all the hype surrounding Elvis (not easy to do, I know) and you have one of the finest voices of the 20th century--and I say this as a classical music buff.

The current crop are just a bunch of zeros, no talent, no looks, nothing--so appropriate considering that the biggest zero of all is POTUS.

I shed tears when Bob Hope died. He was the best friend the US military ever had, and I was very deeply saddened by his passing.

When Kurt Cobian killed himself, I worked in a pizza place with a bunch of other people in their early 20s.

The girl who answered the phones was about 17. As soon as she heard the news, she called up to work to talk to another girl who worked there, and she was crying uncontrollably.  We could hear her wailing through the phone, saying things like "What am I going to doooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo?????????????????????????"

She was a spazz, like most girls that age.

Later, she became a stripper, which I found out by accident when I walked into a local club and she was up on stage in a thong and clear heels.  Nice view.
