For those that pay for their own health insurance (probably high deductible like ours), what sites do you go on to check rates/coverage? What companies do you like?
Just found out that the company we have had since 2008, Assurant Health, will no longer offer health insurance end of this year. |

Funny thing is, I know nothing about Obamacare and subsidies, etc. I have just been paying my premium every month for 7 years for a policy that I pay for EVERYTHING out of pocket because of the 10k deductible. I know nothing about this crap. My State Farm guy handles all of our ins stuff, health ins too, but now I have to see what's out there. |

I used www.ehealthinsurance.com/ when I was looking but I think I talked to an insurance agent too. They got a commission from the insurance companies so it didn't cost me anything.
I think I have the max deductible in my state but the insurance premiums go up every year. |
