It happened with an unloaded AK. I asked the culprit to prove to me just by looking that it wasn't loaded. He wasn't allowed to open the bolt or anything. When he said that he couldn't tell, I advised him not to point it at someone.

He was kinda pissed at me for a while.

I didn't mind, though, because I was livid at him.
