IRS scammers called a guy and he played along for awhile. Unfortunately for them, he's a programmer who built a program that called their number and tied it up.

That assumes that the scammer didn't spoof his number and the guy just DOS'ed some poor bastard.

He's got voice recordings of them picking up so he got the right target.

Also, he did another one where he found one of those fake microsoft websites with a 1800 number that led you to a scam so he called that number.

4 minutes through the video they went from saying "Thank you for calling microsoft support" to "This is the IRS / fraud department / criminal investigation department"
