I have a inverted blade sword that a friend of my dad's picked up while he was in the Navy. He got it somewhere in Arabia. The sharpe edge is on the inner part of the curve. Supposidly it was for lopping off heads. It has some arabic writing, but being a white boy who can't even cuss in spanish, I haven't a clue what the hell it says. Some who have looked at it judged it to be 300 - 400 years old, but I'm pretty skeptical. You ever see those clowns at the part or mall (mall ninja's) who carry them under their coat? Jesus, we've hit gay factor 5. What's worse is they couldn't chop their way out of a paper bag. Phoenix has a MASSIVE amount of those homo's. -Steve |

He was a 2nd lt then. He was a capt in the 67th Pa. Vol. when he died in '63. After alot of searching I found his grave, he is buried in Easton Pa. I have his comission signed by the Gov of Pa. and alot of his records. I was never able to find his picture though. |

Prussian Artillery Commander's sword found by my Gramps in WW2 near Cologne. It was just laying on the side of the road in it's scabbard. Other side of hilt has crossed cannons. BTW, Hokie... Unfortunately, that is just a replica of the movie sword. The REAL thing is on display in Scotland (Glasgow, I believe), and it's taller than I am. And it looks nothing like the one in the movie. I have a still photo of it, but no scanner. |

My grandfather found this thing in south Texas in the 1930's. I've been told it was originally a curved sword that was cut down to make it more useful after what ever war it was in. Made in Spain in the mid 1800's.
