Whats to stop a guy from packing some gear and flying into or nearby a hostile country and becoming his own real life rambo? |
| There are security contractors overseas who are outside the DoD/DoS, etc...gubm't umbrella. You will usually see them working for companies that hold contracts and have their own facilities or compounds. Most of them are TCN's and get paid crap though. But i've also seen Mr. Caucasian from the US over there who was a security contractor and not on the G-list. |
