Damn, I like their hydramatic clone lowers. I only got one now.

Interesting. I bought some lowers from them a couple years ago.

Had an upper from them a few years ago. Ran just fine. Shame that they wound up being shitty in the end.

I remember seeing that store some months ago when I went to the McKinney Walmart nearby.

I bought a sweet Come and Take It billet lower from them in 2015. I used it for my 300 BLK pistol build.

Meh. I had a bad experience with them when they were newer but I wrote it off as growing pains.
Looks like they didn't outgrow it. |

I have bought a few lowers from them in the past at shows, seemed like nice folks. But if I'm in that part of the metromess, Allegiant Rifleworks or Evolve gets my money every time.

I got a poverty pony lower and a billet Texas flag marked lower from them a year ago. Even then their store was very thin on inventory.

I got charged for a 80% GM Hydramatic lower that didn't show up.
After many attempts, I finally got through. He gave me some bullshit story about mail service problems. But, he did get my lower to me in two days. It's cool. Guess it's a collectors item now. |

Many years ago, in the days of "computer shows," I bought a mother board at a computer show. It had a problem so I called the vendor and he said, "Bring it back." I explained that he was forty miles away and that it might be a while before I could get there. "No problem."
About a month later I had nothing pressing so I headed off to his store. I had a rough idea of where it was and drove up and down the stretch of highway looking for it. No store. Looking for the number, I found an empty store so I went into the business next door and asked if they knew anything. Business was owned by a pair of brothers and had been going great guns until one brother discovered Atlantic City. He was dropping so much at the casino that they'd send a jet to pick him up. He started dipping into the till and the business went under. Very suddenly. The one owner went to my informant one day and said, "We're closing" and the next day the store was empty. I never did get my new motherboard. |

A lot of people ask why I got my FFL and didn't open up a brick and motor store, because it is a losing venture, for most cases. Even stores I thought were going to stick around have closed. You can't compete with the internet prices. It is lower than the cost to most dealers.
There was a store around here the closed and had tons of customers' guns, Class III stuff and customer's money who ordered guns. Hundreds of thousands worth of guns, cans and money. Don't know what happened to the people, but I hope they got arrested |

I’m from the DFW area and I guess I’m lucky to never heard of them.

Sorry to hear that. They showed off some nice stuff at gun shows. I think I have a couple of their lowers.

Pretty sure any time somebody vacates, the landlord has to change the locks...
|
|
I have one of their flowers. They're in Frisco I think.
They used to be at a lot of local gun shows. It's a hard time to be in the gun business. |

I was bummed when I found this out. I really wanted one of the gm hydra-matic lowers. Clone of course

is the firearms retail world not MAP enforced?
it must not be with all the comments that internet pricing is lower than cost to dealers... |

A few months back i bought some 80% lowers from them. Only shipping option was priority 2 day. I got the lowers about a month later with zero response from multiple phone calls and emails. The phone would just ring and ring. I guess i should be thankful i got them at all.
