Can a civilian type person such as myself buy rubber bullets for a 12 Ga.?

A gun store in town used to carry rubber buckshot, but they have since gone out of business. I suspect if you looked hard enough you could find it somewhere.

i havent looked but you might have better luck finding them online then locally.
