Anyone use these, and what kind of prices do they go for. Apparently they don't have a real website or posted prices.

Rhino's are good chokes....quite a few people say they don't like them because they get dirty. if you use SLIP2000 to scrub choke tubes its no problem. They are stainless steel which is always a plus. I run them in a 425 Gr.3 American Sporter and it sounds incredible the combination of ported barrels and ported choke tubes make my gun pretty distinct on the course.

There is no felt reduction in recoil- unlike what the propoganda says. 10-15% reduction, they work for my application so I use them. I turned a friend of mine on to them and he is back to factory chokes- He cannot tell a difference. I can...go figure.

The price is a little steep- $65each. Never on sale!

I can pick my gun out on a rack very easy and people know which is mine very easy. There are plenty of knock-off ported choke tube companies....but if you use that SLIP2000 stuff these will clean up the easiest.

The company that makes them is kind of "mom-n-pop" and last I heard his wife was leaving him. they are located in Florida near Gainesville. If you look under Rhino Gun cases they should come up. They make aluminum or steel cases and sub guage sets as well.

If you still cant find them Email me directly and I will send the info over....

Spreader Model????

What is that "speculums for my clay's gun"??? Please tell me I want to know-- I must have the newest technology at all times for my clay's guns. I have a really great equation.

Newest gadgetry + shitty skills = Piss Poor Scores

Piss poor scores + more $$ = not bad scores...

It works seriously.....but anyway tell me about the "spreader"

Shotgun Sports Magazine tested spreader chokes for dispersion. The Rhino Spreader was by far the widest fullest pattern tested. I use a cylinder choke for everything up to 30 yards and do quite well with it. The Rhino spreader looks really good.

It's got micro ports at a 11.5 degree angle to cause a suction on the wad to keep it from impacting the shot. Of the ten chokes patterned, nothing was even close to that spreader choke.

My rhino's are ported at an angle...possibly 11.5 degree. I have not heard fo these chokes specifically. I currently run with IC and SKeet2 in my o/u. They work for my two local upclose and personal clay ranges. I have another range I visit that requires I go with LTMOD and MOD.

I'll call them soon and see what the spreader costs. Unfortunately, I just took advantage of the 33rd Glock Mag sale at Midway. $24.95 for the 31rd mag with +2 extension. Too many toys, not enough $$$.

p.s. I've passed by the Rhino ranch in Williston on my travels to south Florida. I wonder if they have a retail shop there. Looks to have a SC course or something on the ranch.

there is a SC course on the property...apparently thats where XXXX tests his chokes and sub-guage sets.

Williston was the town I could not think of..anyway its pretty country and should be a decent course I suppose.

Let me knwo how you make out.
