My friend in Ohio, got in trouble because of one of his stupid ass friends and he asked me to, post this for some feedback, his e-mail address won't register on this site.


I'm an ex-felon in Ohio, and I want to figure out if its possible for me to restore my rights to own a firearm. My record carries one felony for 5th degree Vandalism, a non-violent charge which I may have expunged. If expungment itself doesn't allow me to legally own a firearm, what measures are required to get my 2nd Amendment abilities restored? And if I can, is it only under the State's authority, or Federal?
