Why shoot a CO/LEO/officer for an 8-year turn? Doesn't even say how far into it he was. Does MD do needlepoint?

What a waste. RIP, officer.

Thanks for letting me know, Sean. So is it only for cap murder? And do COs "count" for this in MD?
