Ordered a Noveske KX5 from these guys last Wednesday because at the time, it was the only place I could find one in stock. It arrived today and upon opening the shipping box, I found the KX5 box to be opened (tape seal was cut) and the crush washer was missing. I'll order a crush washer on Amazon for cheap, but this does leave me a bit purturbed. Anyone else have issues with them? Sorry about the issue! It sounds like a crush washer was left out at Noveske by mistake. That's pretty rare, but we've had 1 other instance in the recent history. If you'd like we can forward on the issue to Noveske so they can send out a replacement vs purchasing a new one. FYI, we normally respond to issues quickly via email (even over weekends) so if you ever have an issue just shoot us an email and we'll get things taken care of. |

Shit happens, my concern is more with how a company handles an issue over there being an issue to begin with. Some employee scanned that return and thought it was ok. |

I got some replacements ordered. I just wanted to make sure contacting you guys was going to be worth the time. It was my first order with your company and certainly won't be my last. Ha, they weren't even directly made aware of the issue, but still found this and reached out to fix it. That's some great CS, and is definitely good to see. |
