[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Registration Problems

I got an e-mail this morning from a member from the old board he tried to register using his old user anme an password, but was told it was already taken/in use. So he tried to log on with it but was denied. What does he need to do now?

If his old username has been taken, he needs to signup with a new username. Have him click on the forgot password link and put in his email address. If he has signed up for an account at some point, the system will find the information and mail it to him.
