I want to get one for when I'm walking the dog. They don't get too hot, and I can use it to whack other dogs that come near us. Any idea on a good source for these things? Doesn't surefire or streamlight or someone make a fullsize competitor? Is this a better buy? |

The rechargable Streamlight Stinger series has largely replaced the (much larger) rechargable MagLight for professional use. The rechargable MagLight is the same size as a 3 D-Cell Maglight, whereas the Stingers are smaller than a 2 C-cell MagLight, while being brighter. -Troy |
