Some of you guys have a very weak understanding of the constitution.

First of all, the constitution does not grant you rights, and neither does the government.
The constitution lists and takes measures to protect rights that are seen as natural, innate rights.

Secondly, the constitution protects not only citizens from certain actions of the government, but all people. It is very clear about saying 'people' rather than 'citizens' in most places, and for a reason.
The founding fathers believed that every person already held these rights by gift of God, and so you do not have to be a citizen of a certain state or nation to have these rights, and so only limited the actions of the government, rather than attempting to grant certain rights.
