I saw this in the thread about the M.D. rating website and instantly knew it deserved its own thread. I apologize in advance for the heavy burden I've placed on the moderators and for all the locks and bans this thread will undoubtedly cause.
http://www.ratemycop.com This website pleases me. This fellow thought this officer was only deserving of a one out of five star rating. This officer was unnecessarily forceful and abusive on my DWI arrest. I complained about the tightness of my handcuffs and the pain it caused and she ignored me. I became upset and was verbally abusive to her. She then slammed the brakes of her squad car twice causing me to crash into the partition face first. |

Who's gonna post, "The officer that arrested me was polite and courteous, always repeating his commands a loud as possible. He warned me 3 times to stop resisting, which I thought was far more than he had to. He only tazed me once. When I fell while being tazed, I hit my head on the curb, and the officer again showed great concern for my well being, by requesting an ambulance come check me out. Next time I get caught invading a home, I hope this officer will be the one to arrest me, and hopefully I won't be quite as jacked up on PCP."
I expect the vast majority of comments will be extremely negative. Even little old ladies get pissed at the cops when they don't arrest the mysterious jewel thief, oh wait there is no jewel theif, I just put my necklace back in the box when I was done with it. |
I was pulled over by this officer and her female partner. I did not speak with this officer, just her partner; however, this officer issued me a ticket and appeared in court when I contested the ticket. She was intolerant and would not listen to my explanation. Being treated like a common criminal for allegedly speeding is outrageous! |

The bad ones are mostly nonsensical ranting. |

I have found a few good ones.
I have been pulled over a lot, but have never had such a good time getting a ticket. Good sense of humor, and still able to maintain professionalism. you don't find that everyday.
Most negative ones are nonsensical, and often have multiple accusations of conspiracies only arfcom could have concocted. ETA: We need to put this thread in the brotherhood forum, and make it "Have a random arfcommer say nice but random things about you." |

Here's a grand conspiracy for you.
This cop is on the board of the ******* home owners assc. My husband and I recently moved out of that area but my neighbor and I eye witnessed 2 *** cops steal signs from my next door neibors frt yard. I repted the theft the same nite to the police but believe it or not the people in this area still have these prowlers on there board! |

This officer ran up to my godson and dog in broad day light with a gun drawn and ed threatening to shoot both of them because the dog pooped on the ground. Yes you read it right. Because the dog pooped on the ground. There were mulitple witnesses as it happened in the middle of underground. I contacted his supervisor who passed this to IAD.
She has a very nasty attitude as if the world and the people in it are beneath her. She is a snake and a big time liar.. she needs more training when dealing with people, she is a cute girl however she has Monster Size Feet.. I guess thats why she is a rude officer. I will pray for you because not all officers lie or are rude like this woman.

I didn't fuck up that bad, but I did write a letter to the NC SHP commending the professionalism and courtesy of a Trooper that wrote me a ticket for 77 in a 65 about 7 years ago. Trooper Danny Frick was his name. I believe he's retired now. Good cop. |

He was the officer in charge, when I was tasered 4 times and beaten while lying in bed with my hands in the air! And after I was handcuffed. Then he proceded too write a false report, making me spend 6 months in jail! |

All the guys on my Sheriff's Dept who have comments apparently posted them for each other. "This cop is taller than many other cops". "This cop is younger and better looking than everyone else on the department". They even used their badge numbers as screen names. Kinda lame. |

This shit's better than "COPS". I'm with the guy who said it's a good thing because it shows what y'all gotta deal with every day.
Wish I remembered the names of a few officers that deserve good feedback. Gonna have to remember this. 
ETA the last 3 ratings are glowing ones of female officers (well, one just says she's exceptionally cute). The tone seems positive from what pops up on the front page at the moment. |
