If bump stocks became legal again, and you were to assemble with with a binary trigger. What would the ROF be?

Not necessarily.  Add an aluminum carrier and it might go something like this:
BumpSAW Surefire 60 dump 1400RPM

The same as the bumpstock.
If you could pull the trigger enough to actuate the binary, you'd have too much pressure to bumpfire successfully.

ETA, guess I am mistaken.

I don't think it would work with the Fostech Echo, but with a Franklin it might work.

I don't want any of that stupid binary crap or retarded bumpstock.  I want a Jerry Miculek trigger finger.

I'd prefer a true selectable full auto.

I'm more likely to get a machinegun than you are to get Jerry Miculek trigger finger speed

It was fun Almost 1500RPM when I calculated it out.  But IIRC, I got a hammer follow in the middle of the mag.

Maybe someday I'll get a transferrable and put the aluminum carrier in it.
