I disagree. What you are seeing is a "sea change" in relation to popular opinion. The media has been driving the Trump is bad, Conservatives are bad and so on. After Harvey folks are realizing a few profound things.
1. If those conservatives are so bad why are they volunteering in staggering numbers to rescue some of the folks the media says they hate?
2. I also think folks realize that not only are liberals unwilling to come and help them in their time of need, they don't have the skills to do anything other than "bitch" about other people even if they wanted to help.
3. All people see on TV is liberals dressing in black beating and intimidating people trying to hold prayer meetings.

Trump is going to hit this one out of the park. The recovery and rebuild effort is going to make previous efforts look amateurish. They utilized John Q. Public for the rescue efforts and showed folks what America is capable of.

If Irma hits the upper east coast, do you think it's going to be liberals and democrats waiting in line to launch boats to rescue people? Nope... it's going to be the same rednecks and cajuns that are working Houston right now. They'll be itching to do it too.

I realized during all of this that liberals don't have the skills to help themselves. They count on the folks they look down on for that.

This guy has been around since early 2000 making decent money when DJ Screw was getting play.
He is no fly by night flash in the pan.
His genre isn't going to be listened to by many here but in a rap he is a known player.

It's a losing proposition for them to try to criticize Trump for a perfect response to a natural disaster. Most will say good on Trump,p today, then tomorrow, they'll be back to implying someone should kill Trump, with a wink and a nod.

Nice post. I completely agree. Perceptions and opinions get changed in this way. Most people flow with the "tide" and don't form their own opinions. This guy is changing public opinion to our side.
