I got pulled for a whiz quiz at work today. This is my busy time of year and I had about 14 hours worth of work to do today and I spent over two and a half hours driving to the test and waiting to piss. I don't do drugs, I don't operate a equipment, and I don't drive a company vehicle. What a fucking waste of time.

NOPE! I work on salary and I just got to work an extra two hours this evening to prepare for meetings tomorrow.

| Personally speaking, I would never work a job/career where the burden of proof was constantly on me to prove I wasn't doing drugs in my spare time. Too much distrust there. Not a good employee/management alliance. Critical job, maybe. But they should need probable cause if someone was reasonable suspected of being "stoned" or drunk on the job. Good grief! Do employers really need to pull hairs or tap your kidney in order to inspect your bodily fluids to tell if you're physically or mentally impaired? Unreal. |
