Tired of full length rain coats that are hot, and still leave you drenched.  Looking for suggestions for high quality rain gear that WILL keep you dry.  And here’s the difficult part of my needs.... Needs to be Hi Visibility ANSI class 2.

I too am looking for something like this, preferably with strobing white LEDs. I once had a traffic vest that had 4 little leds on front and back, small, not stupid bright, but definitely noticable.
