..when police mistakes are the result of negligence such as that described here, rather than systemic error or reckless disregard of constitutional requirements...evidence may be used...


So at what point does "negligence" gets frequent enough to be "systemic error"?

Here's a better question.

What's to keep bad cops from getting away repeatedly with "reckless disregard of constitutional requirements" by simply going "oh, er, sorry, we goofed" every time?

As Obama's appointees (and Democratic in general) show us, obeying the law is for the subjects and serfs, not the ruling elites. They don't have to play by the rules they impose on the rest of us....they're either "too smart" or "too important"....
