When I see a .jpg on a site, and I want to save it, it only wants to save as a .BMP

Can I do anything to fix this? (Save it as the .jpg it is?)

I just had my work pc upgraded to xp pro.

Thanks

Sounds like your cache is full. You need to empty your tempoary internet files in IE. Tools - internet options - "delete files". You should close all but the one internet explorer window. You may also have to close that window when the files are deleted.

Glad it worked, don't tell anyone, but I am an IT guy too. If you don't think it will rub his rhubarb wrong, you could let him know it worked...knowledge is power. Right on!!
