Friend "overspent" his tax return and needs his money back on a Springfield MC Operator with 5 unknown mags. He needs 750, which is what he spent for it.
Now, I can blow my "new Glock" money on this, but I'm wondering. I've been out of the 1911 game for several years, and I don't know if there's some reason that I shouldn't do this. Advice? |

Thats a good deal unless it's in really rough shape. |

It doesn't have the magwell but it's a great pistol. I have 2 TRPs' that are great. Once is stainless, the other is the TRP Operator half rail. At that price get some decent mags and cheap ammo. You won't go wrong. It's not a glock for carry (inexpensive, reliable, disposable weapon for HD) but a work of art for shooting. JMB was a genius for his time.

| It should be very nice op. I have the loaded Operator and i would need to be homeless and living in a cardboard box before I would part with mine. |

Only got rid of it to fund a Dan Wesson Valor. It was a great gun and would reccomend you buy it. Edit to add: Mine had a great trigger, was quite accurate and ran well with a variety of magazines and ammunition. |

You send a return to the IRS. If you're lucky or poor you get a refund. Quoted:
