| If you are subleasing a condo and the actual condo owner fails to pay the association dues can the association force the subleaser out of the condo without a formal eviction proceeding? A relative of mine in MI had been paying rent to the condo owner but the owner quit paying association fees. The condo association has given my relative 3 days to vacate the unit. Does my relative have any rights or are they screwed? Thanks for any input. |
