| OP, check the hose that goes from the cap flange on the radiator over to the overflow tank and see if its plugged or kinked, if not make sure the overflow tank vent is working and then test the radiator cap...as an engine heats up the coolant expands, and pushes the excess into the overflow bottle, as it cools it should suck it back in, if its not something is plugged..hence the flat hose....... |
