Are the VEPR K's in 5.45 x 39mm safe to fire without the muzzle brake? I Always thought the muzzle brake was required to prevent excessive barrel pressure or something like that. I need help please! Do you recommend getting the muzzle brake on the 5.45 VEPR K anyway? Thanks.

Sure.  I think you're thinking of the compensator on short barrelled krinkovs, the cone-shaped muzzles.  I had a SAR-2, which had a 16" barrel and no compensator.  It worked fine.

I definitely recommend having a muzzle brake, even with the pipsqueak 5.45mm round, just because.  That brake design was developed for that round so it's just neat to have.  But it only really helps if you're firing on fully automatic. The only pragmatic reason I can think of NOT to have it is that it diverts more gas towards your head, makes the gun's report louder to the shooter and those to either side of him.

looks good on the Veprk 5.45, not necessary very little recoil

I have all 3 Vepr K's, the 7.62 is the only one i have a brake on

I would recommend the 223 over the other 2, as accurate as my AR's and uses the same ammo
