My BIL did the Ancestry.com DNA test, and found a "very close relative - first cousin, at least".  It is assumed that she is the daughter of my other BIL, since he did the deed with her mom.  However, he is one of three brothers that lived on the street with the mom, one of which is deceased.  My question is, can DNA testing prove a father-daughter relationship, or just that the two are are very closely related?  In other words, can paternity be absolutely established if the candidates are brothers, and there is only DNA from one of them?
