Getting ready to move into a new home we're having built and we're thinking about switching to a different insurance company.
Do most companies offer discounts for having alarm systems and safes/residential security containers? Just wondering... |

We got discounts for monitored alarm, including fire.
Eta: Newer homes (under 10 years) can generally get a discount, proximity to fire hydrant and fire station, hardened entrances, etc could have an effect depending on company. My insurance gave me credits for certain items in these categories. |
