Yes I know this isn't the AR discussion forum but I find more knowledgeable people here. Which QD mount for my TA31F-RMR?

ADM B3 or LT100?

Larue or Bobro.

ETA: I have several LaRue mounts and will eventually have more.

I have one Bobro (for my Browe BCO 7.62x39), and it is a very nice mount.

You find more knowledgeable people in GD than the AR technical forum?

Serious question:  Why a QD mount for an ACOG?

LaRue.

I have the ADM, it's adequate. Not as nice as a LaRue mount, but it came with the ACOG.

I'll be different. All my shit has ADM mounts and I sold my larue mounts.

Nothing wrong with either. ADM was about 20% cheaper for basically the same mounts. I like the ADM price, while I also like the LaRue lever system better. You get a bunch of swag with Larue.

Pro tip, Order direct from ADM, as a combo on a sale day. They do ridiculous deals.

Day 1
I'm not a fan boy but this is pretty awesome. Guy broke his own rail with a forklift.

Recently, the very day after everyone passed the forklift safety driver test, a fork stabbed into the back of my little grocery getter, a V-W TDI wagon.

Send a link to this thread with your shipping info to [email protected] ... we'll swap you a nice fresh one.

LaRue has a locking lever.  Makes it less likely that I'll lose my ACOG than when using the thumbscrew mount they come with.  I can also switch between a red dot and an ACOG on my 14.5 for whatever reason.

LaRue. ADM seems to have a pattern of taking what's successful and making a slightly changed version of it.  When I saw their selector I wasn't amused (I was a Battle Arms partner), then I saw their receiver that looked like the AXTS lower, it all made sense, and it probably all started with copying LaRue's mounts.

That aside, I'd still choose LaRue.

Bobro.

I don't use LaRue anything anymore because they marr up my rails too much.

On this subject, does anyone make an ACOG mount that is slightly higher than stock (for a TA31F)?

The standard mount is slightly too low for my earpro, it's annoying

I'll be that guy which recommends something not asked about.

GDI R-COM E-Model - Can be had for like $80 on ebay.

ADM...no proprietary tools needed to adjust the tension.

I really like my Larue mounts. In before Rusted Ace and The Canuck.
