I got a crazy Uncle that has been emailing me and has added my email address to some group of people saying you can make THOUSANDS working from home and so on.

It has got to be the biggest bunch of BS I've ever heard of.

The link is a fake site to look like a news site.  In fact it is dynamic and shows whatever city close to you based on your IP address in the "article"

What's the matter? Don't you want a huge house and many expensive cars? Getting rich is easy, all you need is to take advantage of this great opprotunity.

Yep, and we are still in it because there will always be a "blue hair mafia" to provide the votes to keep the political maggots in office.

Pyramid schemes make a whole lot of sense if you have the ability to turn your brain off.

I have plenty of pyramid scheme and snakeoil sales stories from my days back home in Utah.

I get my first job teaching. Move from Cedar City to Ogden. Go to church for the first time in our new ward.

I fully-expect to get a "calling" so I wasn't surprised to have one of my local leaders say that they need to come by our house.

My wife cleans up. We get all ready.

He shows up. "Can we start with a prayer."

Sure.

I am thinking... Maybe a Sunday-School teacher, maybe cub-scouts. Perhaps a leadership position with the youth...

Nope.

He wants to make me rich.

I cut him off. "Is this visit about church, or are you trying to sell me something?-!-?"

On his way out my door, I got the rich-dad, poor-dad speech.

Oh, I have about a hundred stories as horrible as that one. A fool and his money are soon parted. Anything and everything you can get through snakeoil sales company you can get easier and cheaper someplace else.
