So the girl go to get ready for dinner at 5:20, I make a dinner reservation for 7 thinking we would be a little early.

She has just started to get dress and it's a 20 minute drive there.  Any people here with an SO that is actually on time once in their life?

My wife is always on time. She can get ready in 3 minutes. I have a good Woman.

Simple. Tell her the reservations are for an hour earlier.

However long she tells me it will take to be ready to leave, I times it by 3.......5 minutes is ALWAYS 15. 10 is 30,  20 is an hour.....it is law....it never fails

Same here. We can decide to go out and she's ready before I can get my boots on!
If we meet somewhere, I'm right on time, she's already there waiting.

I hate being late...I am almost always 20 minutes ealry than 1 minute late...To me its a indicator of respect, and that you value the meeting or event scheduled at that given time....Folks who are late...Fuck you...I'll get there when I get there attitude...burn me up...Obviously they are so much more important than I and that my time means very little

Next time say you're leaving at 20 to seven and LEAVE at 20 to 7, wether she's there or not. Then when you get back home from your nice meal, give her the silent treatment and make her sleep on the couch.

Of course, I'm not married nor do I have a gf currently, so take my advice for what it's worth

"Honey!! Goodbye!!" and walk out the door and start up the car... Then wait...

That usually works a little bit

I've heard of those before... but I've never personally seen one.

I hate late.  My wife is less late than she used to be.  I'm more of a 20 minute early guy.

Start yelling "waiting on you!" to her.  They like that.

You should be 15 minutes early for all professional engagements.

You should arrive within 5 minutes or precisely on time for all social ones,  anything else is rude.

Once you have mastered these concepts we will discuss answering your cellphone at the table.
