I think from now on, "screwing up royally in the Information Technology Industry" should be referred to as:

"Pulling a Sebelius", "Having A Sebelius Moment" or "A Career Ending Sebelius Event".

I don't know whether to consider her a hero or one of the biggest FSCK ups in history....
