anti-gun propaganda?

"We were jumping on Mommie's bed and Mommie's gun fell out. I'm playing a cowboy.
BANG BANG, BANG BANG BANG!!
Jennie get up, it's make believe!
Jennie won't get up."

Adult voice-over.
If you have a gun in your house, lock it up. It could be the death of a family member.

So what do you think? Public service or anti-gun?
Saw this on TV (actually heard it, because I only caught a glimpse) and instantly got mad. The use of a small boy's voice and the whole premise seemed to me like they were going for a gut-wrenching emotional reaction, instead of constructive advise.
And I'm don't think I was able to remember the dialogue, verbatim.

Hard to say without seeing it for myself. But the way most shit is nowadays, it'll probably not be good.
