Quoted: Preferably manufacture them there, otherwise you have to get them out of the atmosphere which isn't always successful. The characters behaved like idiots, but I still enjoyed the movie. ETA: I liked the concept of using another planet to store your bioweapons. |

They were not the top of their field. They were hired by vickers because she knew why her father wanted the mission to happen. She did not want it to succeed. |

Captain was awesome.
That is all. ETA I did like it, however it could have been a LOT better. I liked the original 'script' MUCH better than the plot in the actual movie. This movie does open it up for a sequel, which is I think why they made it as they did..... I fucking hate that..... This wasn't a "direct" sequel to Alien as Ridley Scott has stated, it was the "step before" that... The black goo shit I can understand but half the point of the Alien series was the Xeno's of which this had a cheesy one added in at the very end to string it together I suppose. |

Beautiful visuals Laughably bad story. Easily could have been the most epic sci-fi movie for the next 10-15 years given better writers. The amount of utter derp, shallow disposable characters, and re-cycled plot devices, make this movie more and painful to digest everytime I think about it. Stupid people doing stupid things people don't do. Like I mentioned recycled plot devices, over and over again from the other movies. Lack of focus on the aliens and alien world, and instead more focusing on people being epically stupid. |
