I posted this in the War gaming forum but I thought the GD might be interested in this as well. Version .95 of the Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2 is now avaliable for preload. I suspect they are going to make the PR:arma2 mode like the BF2 mod but only better because of the newer engine and what it can support. They already have an insurgency mode like in BF2:PR but all the caches are spawned from the begining of the maps and the defending force won't know which cache Bluefor knows about. |

It gives a message for 15-20 seconds (enough time to get ammo/field dressings), then it blacks out the screen for 15 seconds more after which it kills the player if he doesn't drop it. So I kill a sniper/marksmen or grenader and I can't use his kit, that's some bullshit. |
