An NYPD officer accidentally shot himself in the leg inside his Bronx home, cops said.
The 32-year-old officer was holstering his firearm at his home on Randall Avenue near Calhoun Avenue in Schuylerville around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday when it accidentally discharged, cops said.

Seriously?  I don't store my sidearm in the safe at night in the holster.  I remove it from the holster to put it in the safe.
