Any other first responders have problems with geocaching containers being reported as bombs?

We have had more than a few recently and it really disrupts the flow when you have to set a cordon and wait for EOD to blow up a cache full of DVDs or trinkets.  

I try to tell people who do this in suburban areas to clearly mark their containers and NOT contruct them out of PVC or metal pipes.  Some of the people putting these things near parks, little leage fields, pulic buildings, etc... are not really using the best judgement.

Anyone seeing these more?
