My wife and I have a Samsung ML-1740 laser printer. It's worked great for a couple of years. Starting yesterday, though, when we plug in the USB port, we get an error (on both of our laptops) stating the 'USB device not recognized.' I re-installed the printer driver on her computer, but nothing changed. I'm assuming the printer's internal software is messed up, but I'm at a loss on how to fix that. What can I do to get the printer running again? |
