My wife tore her Achilles tendon, and is going under the knife tomorrow. Prayers would be appreciated.

Unless it's something bizarre, it's a pretty routine surgery. Recovery is kinda painful but manageable.

Hoping for the best for you both.

They have to completely sever, and clean up the achielles, and peroneal tendons, then screw them down. Sounds fun.

Here's to a speedy, full recovery. That is one injury that really scares me for some reason.
