When I step on a scale, it says "to be continued".

I just realized I don't have a scale. I've got one in my shop but not in my home.

I was 268 last December and went in for two heart valves that need replacing and ok now but with copd from 38 years of smoking (Quit In 2006) and now still fighting it at 252 pounds,is a pure bitch to stop eating and I am a picky shit when eating also.I do cardiac club couple days a week with excercise but stopping the eating of sweets and other nasty things is a real chore.......You are doing good

Don't have a camera but I'm at 148 lbs right now.

Was 160 lbs in September.

Burned a ton of fat and built a bunch of muscle.

Its amazing what push ups and bicycles until fatigue every night will do.

Yes but unfortunately I am not 7 feet tall so I can't pull it off like they can Im 6'3 but now I weigh 289.

Just weighed myself yesterday. 225lbs at 6'3" .
You guys that are dieting and winning, keep up the good work. It wont happen overnight and crash diets suck. Remember rule number one in Zombieland, Cardio Cardio Cardio

You got that right. Im heading to the gym now. 65 minutes on the elliptical 4-5 days a week for me. Im tired of being a tired fat ass. 225-230 is my goal. Just gotta keep working

Keep up the good work! Don't forget that once you8 reach your target weight you can't just go back to the same habits that made you fat. To maintain your newly svelte chassis you have to keep up the habits that got you there. Health and fitness is an whole lifestyle change.

This morning I was at 232, first time I've hit that since 2003. My peak was 270 a year ago, and I was at 246 at Thanksgiving. I'm 6'0" and I'm hoping to get just under 200 if possible.

Bout 176 right now, down from 250 in mid October. The last few are a dang sight harder to take off then the first 30.
