Who makes a decent one? I want full size and I don't need any 8000$ pimp tables either. I will most likely go used, but just in case I'd like to know what are some good brands to look out for even in the used market. |

You can't go wrong with any of these three.....Brunswick, Olhausen, Gandy. My Favorite tables are Brunswick Gold crown's 4 or 5. Gandy Big G's are great tables I used to play on one every Sunday for about 2 years back in the early 90's. Olhausen's are a great value for the money. If your going to try to find one used stay away from honeycomb style tables and go with a three piece slate at least 1" thick. I have heard good things about Connelly Billiards tables too but never played on one. There are a ton of manufacturer's out there making decent tables. I would go one of three I listed myself, but as long as it's slate and in decent shape you should be ok. Do a search on a particular table when you find one used to get some feedback on it.....
