yeah, because a 1-3 grain piece of paper is so going thermonuclear.

I'd be more worried about it getting inside the trigger mechanism.

I'm pretty certain that if the charge can push a 100+ grain hunk of lead out the barrel, it should be able to push a receipt.

I think it would have just blown it out, but I dunno.  Have seen burst barrels blamed on such.  Only barrel I witnessed burst was due to a large plug of mud.
