Thanks. I've searched and looked but can't find where to add photos to a reply.

Are you looking for image hosting or for the board code to include already-hosted images in your posts?

If you're looking for hosting, I think tinypic is the current host-of-choice of the masses, but I've never used it. I've also heard decent things about flikr, but again, haven't used it.

If you're wanting to know the board code, there's the nice little thing in the toolbar below that will pop up a box asking for the addreess of your image (be sure to include the http:// ). Otherwise you can just add the tags yourself: Use [ img ] http://www.yourpicturehost.com/yourphoto.whatever [ /img ] without the spaces.

Hope that helps

Thanks, Fan...,

It does help. I guess I thought there was a was to attach or insert a photo from my system into a reply; didn't realize I needed a host server somehwere.

I'll look into the ones you mentioned.

The "photo" page linked at the top of the webpage here http://photos.ar15.com/WS_Content/ImageGallery/Default.asp

is not very obvious to me. Do the photos I uplink to it then get stored there for further use?

Thanks for helping me slog through this.

Rick

For the two (or was it three?) years I was a "bronze" team member, the "bronze" level didn't include photo hosting, but I don't know if thats currently true or not.

In any case, I never messed with it, so I can't help you much.
