| Say the bank gave me a loan of $30k and I never signed any documents. Do I still by law have to pay them back or is this their errror. |
Well not a bank in my case but fleet gave me a credit card with a nice limit with out my signing anything. Do I dare test it? Do I dare put $30k on it and than tell them to go f themself. |
Well I don't like getting these dam credit card apps. And I would pay debt I ow to another man but some times these credit card companies piss me off. But I would no doubt be put in collections and really screw my credit. |
sure go right ahead... it's a free country... sort of. J |
In some states USE of a line of credit is considered as agreement to a contract. But what the Heck - Buy 3 Machineguns and sell one to make the Payments |
I would find myself on a very bad list, I might even end up in cuba for that.

You must have forgot that you must sign a credit card receipt. Have you ever read the fine print under the signature?? ![]() BUSTED!! |

That's called theft, no matter who's error is made at the bank. SGatr15 |

Comitting fraud. 30 grand, thats all you value you life at? Maybe get a real paying job?
|
Use the card once and sign your name... YOU PROMISE TO PAY is on every cc reciept.... Common knowledge my friend, |
Have one, and have pretty dam good credit and pay off my debt, how do you think I can get a credit card with $30k limit when not even 25 yet? close however. I have a credit score last time I checked of 754. And I have used quite a few loans in the past, all payed back by the way. |
|
Let me help you with the moral delima. Its called stealing in simple terms. They of course can sue you for the money then you have court costs in addition to the loan or you can file bankruptsy and throw yourself to the mercy of a judge and judges aren't known for mercy. Once they sue you, the burden switches to you to prove you didn't recieve the money which means no deposits in a bank or no major purchases. I'm afraid your nailed bud! Tj |
a proxy it is your friend.

I am not gonna do it, not worth screwing my credit up. I am just sick of getting this shit in the mail, but this one is pretty much activated all I need to do is call that number and I find that total bs they would send me a usable credit card with out my requesting it. I hate when companys share your info. |
Either you're talking shit , or your just plain stupid to risk it all over only 30g's....sorry
|
The proxy service will have your MAC address. |
Once he signs at the store he is agreeing to abide by the "Card Holders Agreement", and is liable. To dodge that liability requires raising what is essentially an affirmative defense of incapacitation. If he is a minor, the credit card company is just dumb. shooter |
Yeah, I figured, but when people start talking about spoofing MACs for the purpose of theft... |
If you wish for it to be locked for the sake of ar15.com I will request it not a problem |
Whoa, different story and believe or not you have a bigger issue to deal with. If they sent you the card with the open line of credit then it will show up on your credit report as an open line limiting future loans. Suggest you call them and first lower the limit to $1 then close the card. These things have a way of staying there even though you never applied. Tj |
